The Alberta Product Leadership program is a community-driven cohort designed to help mid-level product managers level up their skills with real-world, actionable guidance from the best leaders in the province.   • Who is this program for?

    The APL Program is designed for intermediate product managers (3-5 years experience) or those with similar roles/experience who are Alberta residents.

  • How long is the program?

    Over 16 weeks, with sessions bi-weekly and self-paced content.

  • Is this program delivered virtually?

    Sessions will be conducted virtually with in-person events in Calgary and Edmonton to connect with your cohort and program directors.

  • What does it cost?

    Pricing details will be shared during intake. Scholarships, employer sponsorship and flexible payment supports are available.

  • Do I need a tech background?

    Many successful PMs come from design, business, or research backgrounds. Curiousity and collaboration are more important than code.

  • When can I apply?

    Applications for the January 2026 cohort will open in October 2025.
